These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to roomanquantix.com and the Rooman Quantix application (the "Service"), provided by Rooman Technologies Pvt. Ltd., India ("Rooman", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service for an organization, you confirm you are allowed to accept these Terms on its behalf.
1. Your account
- Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account; tell us promptly if you think it has been misused.
- Organization admins control who can join their workspace and what each member can do.
2. Your data
You own the files, data and content you bring into the Service ("Customer Data"). You give us permission to store and process Customer Data only as needed to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy. You confirm you have the right to upload and use the Customer Data, and that it does not break any law or anyone else's rights.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- upload malware, or try to break into, overload or disrupt the Service or other users' workspaces;
- access data or accounts you are not authorised to access;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it;
- upload personal data of others without a lawful basis to do so.
4. AI features and results
Ask BRO and other automated features (cleaning suggestions, insights, forecasts, models) are tools to help you. Their results can be incomplete or wrong, so please review important figures before you rely on them for business, financial or legal decisions. You are responsible for how you use the results.
5. Sharing
If you publish or share a dashboard, report or link, anyone with access to it can see what you shared. You are responsible for what you choose to share and can stop sharing at any time.
6. Our service
The Service, its software, design and the Rooman Quantix name and logo belong to Rooman Technologies. We keep improving the Service and may add, change or remove features. We aim to keep it available and reliable, but we do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Please keep your own copies of important data.
7. Suspension and closing accounts
You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms or puts the Service or other users at risk; where reasonable, we will tell you first and give you a chance to export your data.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, Rooman disclaims all implied warranties, and is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will change the "last updated" date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, will have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless the law requires otherwise.
